Our Team
Our journey began with our founder and CEO, Jim Lemmons, who traveled to over 70 countries, sampling coffee from around the globe. After tasting countless brews, Jim discovered that Ethiopia—the birthplace of coffee—offered the most exceptional flavors. Inspired by this revelation, he decided to import the finest Ethiopian coffee to the United States in 2020.

Jim brings over 35 years of engineering experience to the table. His passion for coffee ignited after his first encounter with Ethiopian coffee, leading him to share these exquisite flavors with coffee enthusiasts across America.
Fun Facts: When he’s not perfecting coffee blends, Jim enjoys attending collegiate sports events and showcasing his karaoke skills with hits from Darius Rucker and John Legend.
Meaza Woldegerima - Consultant
From Ethiopia, Meaza is not only an established accountant but also a lover of the traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony. She has been instrumental in connecting our operations with Ethiopian coffee culture since joining us in 2023.
Fun Fact: Meaza finds joy in the music of Aster Aweke, Toni Braxton, and Celine Dion.

Our Products
We specialize in three distinct types of Ethiopian coffee beans: Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, and Guji. Customers can choose from natural green beans or have them roasted and ground to their preference, ensuring a personalized coffee experience.

Our coffee is sourced through an exporter dedicated to sustainability. We focus on creating a resilient supply chain—from crop to cup—while addressing challenges such as climate change and socioeconomic conditions to ensure lasting prosperity for coffee-growing communities.
